Why is Intel falling even with good earnings?

I think semiconductors are past their prime now. Even Amkor went up and is falling again.

Semiconductor stocks have run up so much that I think they will drift sideways sluggishly like this for a few months, and then skyrocket when the war ends or there is talk of interest rate cuts. Since they dropped a lot, I thought institutions would buy the dip and drive them up, but seeing how even earnings surprises get a lukewarm response... I guess I misjudged.
