As the title says, even though semiconductors tanked today, software skyrocketed. Could this be a signal that a sector rotation has started, or is it just a temporary rebound?

Looking at today alone, it rose relatively, but during that time, semiconductors really skyrocketed and are now finding their proper place, while software had been suppressed and is now experiencing a slight upward trend, so I see it as finding a balance.
