Isn't the Capex increase just because memory prices surged, rather than building more data centers than originally planned, which is why semiconductor stock prices have already priced in all the demand?

In today's announcement, they said they are increasing CapEx by 5B, and the EPS miss was due to one-time legal fees and severance pay, not an operational miss. Considering how much it has already fallen, it seems like a total overreaction.
