There is support at $8 and $6.50. Below that is under $5, so... No matter how much I tell people not to use leverage like that, everyone ends up like this in the end. Even though the overall US stock index hasn't even dropped that much, if a real market-wide bear market comes, it's going to be a big problem.

Just posting stock adages might seem a bit insincere. Don't buy more assuming that the point you feel is the bottom. Also, avoid brief dead cat bounces that rise without trading volume. You can jump in when you see a genuine rebound accompanied by volume. That is the moment when you should buy more.

If I had the money, there are so many things I'd want to buy right now. Buying at times like this is how you make big money later. You're supposed to borrow money to buy at the bottom like this. Koreans borrow money to buy at the peak, which is why they all get ruined. Give up the greed of trying to buy at the absolute bottom. If you start buying from now on, even if it drops a bit more, it will go back up anyway, so you won't miss the bus and you end up buying around the ankle.

UPDATES

My average purchase price for SanDisk is high, so please advise whether I should buy more to average down and exit, or if it is better to just stay put.
