What should I do with my tax-advantaged account? I need to average down with $15,000. | |||

| Since it's a Canadian tax-sheltered account, it might be a bit different from the US, but first of all, both capital gains and dividends are tax-free. My contribution limit for this year is $15,000. My current account is 55% VGT, 30% NVDA, and 15% miscellaneous, but the miscellaneous ones are frustratingly terrible. Right now, KORU is at -55%, DRAM at -10%, NASA at -30%, and NFLX at -45%. None of the amounts are huge, ranging between $10,000 and $30,000 each. I'm leaving out the ones that are currently in profit. In the long term, I plan to move the miscellaneous holdings to QQQI. I want to build a portfolio of VGT/QQQI before retirement. I still have more than 10 years left until retirement. Since DRAM is at -10%, I think I can break even quickly if I average down. KORU is serious, but once it catches an uptrend, it moves fast, so if I average down to cut the cost basis in half, wouldn't it be able to bounce back? Honestly, I've somewhat given up on NFLX, but since the amount is large, it would be great if I could average down and exit. But there hasn't been much movement recently. With NASA, I feel like I have no idea when it will go up, and even if SPCX is rising a bit lately, when will it actually rise? But since the amount is small, averaging down would quickly lower the cost basis, or on the flip side, I can just wait it out. Out of these four, how should I average down to exit the fastest? Ultimately, I want to get out of all of them.
