Escaped the Palantir Rollercoaster: What "safe" stock will keep me warm at night?

I somehow survived the emotional damage of holding Palantir. 
Didn't panic sell, held my breath, and actually managed to pull my money out slightly above break-even. 
Honestly? I consider not losing my shirt a massive victory.

My "responsible adult" side is already taken care of—I have weekly auto-investments quietly humming along in index funds.

But now I’m sitting on this fresh PLTR cash, and my heart simply cannot take another high-voltage ride. 
I want to pivot into a nice, sturdy, "sleep-well-at-night" individual stock.
