MU, DRAM

After two agonizing years of watching MSFT do absolutely nothing, I finally lost my patience and sold every last share.
Naturally, I rotated heavily into MU—because all the "experts" swore memory chips were guaranteed to fly high this year.

And how did the stock market gods reward my brilliant strategic pivot? 
The literal second my MSFT sell order went through, it rocketed up by $100 like a spiteful ex showing off a sudden promotion.

Meanwhile, my shiny new investments took an immediate nosebleed dive straight into a sea of deep red.

So here I sit, the proud owner of 75 shares of MU (mostly snagged in the 900s, with a few "trophy" buys over 1,000) and 1,000 shares of DRAM awkwardly sitting at 55.

I'm genuinely staring at my screen wondering: if these two ever miraculously crawl their way back to break-even, do I just cut my losses and run for the hills?

They say money can't buy happiness, but my stock portfolio is certainly buying me a lifetime subscription to heartaches.
