It would be good to view this as a preventive shot for an economy like today's.

retail investors are at a disadvantage with information...
And in a major crash, we only have two options. Wait or buy more...

Selling during a crash is a failure...

Although the major prerequisite before that is that choosing a good ETF is safe...
A Japanese fund manager says they look for undervalued small and medium-sized companies, but...

Always hold a certain amount of cash... and let's not sell during a major crash..
