What is the outlook for Broadcom?

I bought in a bit near the peak and am currently stuck.
I asked AI, and while the earnings themselves seem strong, it seems people are being cautious because if even a single big tech order slips up, the stock could plummet again.
The earnings date is in early September, and I'm curious about the results and guidance.
If anyone has any thoughts on AVGO's outlook and stock price direction, please share your information.

Broadcom spreads out its earnings on a monthly/quarterly basis, so the CEO likes that kind of thing..
Since the semiconductor sector is inherently cyclical, I heard they adjust and control the supply volume so that earnings can come in throughout the year.
It's a stock with quite a bit of volatility anyway, so swing trading or short-term trading is pretty good too.
It pays good dividends as well, so I think mid-to-long-term investment is decent too.

Looking at Broadcom's chart right now, there are gaps formed between 4/7 and 4/8, and 4/9 and 4/10.
Currently, it looks like it will fill the gap created between 4/9 and 4/10, and whether it fills the previous one or not will likely be decided depending on this earnings. Of course, if there is a problem with Nvidia's earnings, it seems like it will fill that one too.

First, take a moment to look back at what you were thinking when you made the investment. The company's condition and growth still look good, and expectations are high as well. However, since it has already risen a lot, and it is a period where overall semiconductor investments are so high and fluctuations are severe, it seems like it will continue to fluctuate heavily following the general market atmosphere. The current state is moving sideways; however, since the company's growth looks to be steady, if you plan to hold it with a long-term view, that is one thing, but if you have anxiety about drops like this, it is better not to hold it.

My average purchase price for SanDisk is high, so please advise whether I should buy more to average down and exit, or if it is better to just stay put.
