As for Jeff Dean, after a modest 27-year warm-up at Google, he’s leaving to launch a new AI startup with his long-time research buddy, Sanjay Ghemawat. Honestly, after nearly three decades, the man has earned his victory lap.

So let me get this straight... the market dumped Google by 4% because algorithms panicked over a promotion?
