If you watch the news video, the acquisition terms proposed by GME to eBay were rejected, but the news anchor brings up the topic of a new offer being made. The guest replies that he has not heard anything about a new offer.

Is there an undisclosed offer?

If GME made a new offer to eBay, what would its terms be?

I hope they acquire eBay with 100% cash. There is no reason to give precious GME shares to eBay shareholders. (Initial proposal: 50% cash + 50% stock terms)

Unless the CEO has lost their mind, it must mean there's something to it. Will it end up as a laughingstock to people? Or will something surprising happen? It should be fun to wait and see.
