Morgan Stanley's Shawn Kim wrote another negative report on semiconductors (memory) lol

This is the person who shocked the market by writing an extremely negative "Winter is Coming" report about the semiconductor industry that was poised to do well in 2024, cutting Hynix's target price in half... only for semiconductor stocks to soar right after, as if to prove him wrong. He wrote another negative report early this week. It happened a few days ago, but it's bound to have a negative impact on the market. Why does this guy keep shaking things up periodically like a problem child?
