Is Robinhood a shady company? They suddenly removed inverse products from the 24-hour market.

SOXL and SOXS are supposed to move together, but SOXL is traded in the 24-hour market while SOXS closes right at 8 PM. It seems like I have to wait until tomorrow's pre-market, but why is that?
