This is an unpopular biotech stock that has been at rock bottom for several years—a truly lifeless and neglected stock. I made some profit when a new drug was approved two years ago, and since it is at the bottom again, I bought in at $1.36 and am waiting, hoping that the August 5th earnings will be a turning point. The market is not doing well lately, and a biotech stock feels quite out of place in this era of semiconductors and AI, but...

It's a biotech company that already has revenue. It competes with existing drugs, but its sales are steadily growing. They say that because the drug currently approved and sold is not widely used, there is a limit to its sales, so it hasn't jumped much. I am looking forward to their upcoming drugs, though. I've been badly burned by biotech once before... haha

Unless you are at least an intermediate or advanced trader, please don't even look at biotech stocks. Biotech is one of the most difficult stock sectors.

Biotech stocks are stocks that always tie up your money, except for the occasional times when some flash news comes out.

The most annoying sector. I absolutely never get into this one, no matter how much it is recommended. (Just like how I absolutely never buy if the HQ is in Israel.)
